Eight ingredients across three categories. Two carry individually stated amounts; six share a 570 mg blend whose breakdown is not published.
A vitamin, a mineral, two amino acid components and four botanical extracts.
Niacin 20 mg and zinc 11 mg, declared individually on the panel.
Sharing a combined 570 mg, with no per-ingredient split published.
Each links to a page covering what it is, what the research examines, and its role here.
One of two ingredients with an individually stated amount. The body converts niacin to NAD, a coenzyme central to how cells release energy from food.
An essential mineral involved in immune function, wound healing and hormone metabolism. The form matters here, and the label names it.
A precursor to nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels. Of the six blend ingredients this has the most developed circulation research behind it.
Involved in transporting fatty acids into cells to be used for fuel — a genuine mechanism with a substantial research literature.
A source of proanthocyanidins studied for antioxidant activity and circulatory support. The label does not name a standardised branded version.
A Peruvian root with long traditional use and a growing set of small human trials around mood, energy and general vitality.
A source of resveratrol and related polyphenols, most often studied for antioxidant and cardiovascular activity.
One of the most expensive botanicals by weight, with a research base sitting mostly around mood support.
Two of the eight ingredients carry individually stated amounts: niacin at 20 mg and zinc at 11 mg. The remaining six sit inside a 570 mg proprietary blend with no per-ingredient breakdown published.
That is the central limitation of this label. 570 mg is the combined total across six ingredients, and how it splits between them is not disclosed. Published research on L-citrulline or maca root uses particular doses — often several grams in the case of citrulline — and without a breakdown those figures cannot be mapped onto what is actually in the capsule.
Proprietary blends are common across this category rather than unusual, and their use here is not evidence of anything untoward. It does mean dose comparison against the research is impossible, and any page implying otherwise is overreaching.
No per-ingredient amounts have been estimated anywhere on this site.
The label specifies zinc oxide, and naming the form is better disclosure than many labels manage.
Per the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, absorption from zinc oxide runs at roughly 50 per cent, against approximately 61 per cent for zinc citrate or gluconate. It is the least well absorbed of the common supplement forms.
That is not a problem so much as context: it is worth knowing what 11 mg on a label translates to in practice, and it is the kind of detail that only becomes visible when a brand names the form rather than writing “zinc” and leaving it there.
The eight ingredients are genuine subjects of published nutritional research. L-citrulline has the most developed circulation literature of anything on the panel. L-carnitine has a substantial history in fatty-acid transport and energy metabolism. Niacin's role in NAD production is textbook biochemistry. Zinc's involvement in hormone metabolism is well established.
None of that is evidence about this product. That research examines single ingredients at their own doses. No finished-product clinical trial on AlphaRock has been published, and no independent laboratory testing of the finished product was located.
The research is a reason to consider the formula. It is not a prediction of what the formula will do for you, particularly when six of the eight ingredients sit inside a blend that does not publish its own breakdown.
The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes plain-language fact sheets on zinc, niacin and exercise-related supplements if you want to read the underlying material yourself. Their inclusion here does not indicate that any organisation named endorses, recommends or is affiliated with AlphaRock.
Made in the USA. Manufactured and packaged in the United States per the brand, with a distributor address in Aurora, Colorado.
GMP on the label. Good Manufacturing Practice marking appears on the product label, covering process and record standards. It concerns how a facility is run, not whether a formula works.
Gluten free is stated on the label, and the panel is stimulant-free — no caffeine or similar compound appears anywhere on it, which checks out against the label directly.
Two clarifications worth making plainly. No dietary supplement is FDA approved. And this site does not claim an FDA-registered facility, because no such statement was located in the brand's materials — registration would not constitute approval in any case.
AlphaRock is a male performance support supplement for healthy adult men. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, cardiovascular disease, fatigue disorders or any other medical condition.
Some things deserve an appointment rather than a capsule. Persistent fatigue, circulation symptoms, mood changes or hormone-related concerns are each worth proper evaluation in their own right. Thyroid problems, sleep disorders, depression, low testosterone and cardiovascular issues are all treatable once identified, and reaching for a daily supplement instead of that evaluation delays finding out.

On the “you save” figures shown at checkout. The higher reference prices those discounts are measured against are set by the brand itself rather than benchmarked externally, so treat them as a brand comparison point rather than proof of a saving. Promotional pricing can change — confirm the total on screen before paying. The bonus items on the three- and six-bottle tiers are referenced but never described anywhere in the brand's published materials, so ask support what they are before choosing a tier for them.
A once-daily, stimulant-free male performance support capsule with a panel that matches its label, sold with a 60-day satisfaction window. Read the formula page first — it sets out what the label confirms and what it leaves open.
